Finished up a new Church website!
There still doing some content tweaks here and there, but the bulk of the work is done.
I used a creative post type to create the Events and Announcements pages and set it up so they stop displaying after the specified event date.
(Instructions how to do it here: http://churchm.ag/wordpress-events-page/)

Oh wow!! That looks goooood!! :)
I love this! How did you get the three columns under the picture?
Looks great Eric. Take a look at my screenshot picture though. I'm seeing a white bar between the footer and the bottom of the content area. I'm assuming this is not intended since your footer content on the left side isn't aligned with the cotent on the right side. Something seems to be pushing it up.
The site looks awesome though!
You're absolutely correct.
Since the last Chrome update it started doing this. I need to poke around and find my mistake :)
Eric - I just created a site following your work on the custom event calendar/posting. It's awesome! Thanks for sharing your work on that one!
Cool, Keith!
Drop me the URL, would love to see it!
:D
Eric, I used it twice on the same site. One use as a posting area for Urgent Prayer Requests, and the other as Upcoming Events. Still building site, but here is the link to the pages:

Upcoming Events

Let me know if there are any adjustments that need to be done to it at all - or any other critiques you may have in general.
Awesome!
